What should I do if something is wrong with my order?Updated a month ago

If you have a problem with your order, please submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” Form within 7 days of the delivery date, along with your unboxing video.

NOTE: Please make sure to review our claim policy carefully. If the claim submission period has passed or the unboxing video does not meet our policy requirements, the claim may be rejected, and no further action will be taken on your order.
