Unboxing videos are required to file a claim for any damaged, missing, or wrong items. All order packages will contain a "Before You Open" sticker with instructions on how to film the unboxing video.

• The video MUST start before the package is opened
• The video MUST be unedited and clear
• The video may be submitted in the following formats;
  • .mp4 video file
  • In a drive with viewing access
  • Unlisted YouTube video link

If the video cannot be attached in the "Contact Us" Form, you may upload the video to a drive with viewing access or as an unlisted YouTube video, and provide its viewing link in your inquiry.
