Please make sure to review our claim policy carefully. If the claim submission period has passed or the unboxing video does not meet our policy requirements, the claim may be rejected, and no further action will be taken on your order.
Claims will NOT be accepted for final sale items.
7-DAY RULE: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if there are any issues with your item(s), such as defects, damaged, or incorrect items. The claim must be submitted within 7 days after the delivery date per tracking.
To be eligible for the 7-day refund and return policy, the item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
NOTE: Claim approval is subject to review; not all claims will be accepted.
Once a claim is accepted, we will proceed with the reshipment for exchange promptly, unless otherwise specified in exceptional cases. Free of charge reshipment is only provided one time.
Any further returns or reshipments will require the customer to cover the shipping costs.
Refunds for returns will be initiated until AFTER the item(s) are returned and/or inspected.
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a claim, please submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” Form and include;
- (1) Order number (2) Unedited unboxing video (3) Short description of the issue
- The video MUST start before the package is opened
- The video MUST be unedited and clear
- The video may be submitted in the following formats;
- .mp4 video file
- In a drive with viewing access
- Unlisted YouTube video link
- The claim must be submitted within seven (7) days of the delivery date, not when the customer decides to open it. If you are unable to receive your package for any reason, please notify us in advance.
- Not all claims submitted will be granted; they will be accepted upon review.
Claims submitted after 7 days or without an unboxing video may be rejected, and no further action will be taken on your order.
