What should I do if my order was “returned to sender”?Updated a month ago
If you see that your item is being returned, please submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” Form for the next steps.
Packages may be returned to sender due to invalid, insufficient, or undeliverable addresses.
Before checking out, please confirm the shipping address is inputted correctly to avoid failed delivery.
The customer is responsible for incurring reshipment fees, and it may take 2–3 weeks for the returned package to reach our warehouse. The returned package can be reshipped upon its arrival and payment of the reshipment fee.
