Returns for refund/exchange requests will only be accepted upon review. Claims will not be accepted for items based on change of mind or items ordered incorrectly. Please double-check your orders before checking out.

Please submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” Form for a refund/exchange no later than seven (7) days after delivery.

Returns will be inspected to determine that all contents have arrived as described and are eligible for an exchange/refund. 

Once a claim is accepted, we will proceed with the reshipment for exchange promptly, unless otherwise specified in exceptional cases. Free of charge reshipment is only provided one time.

Any further returns or reshipments will require the customer to cover the shipping costs. 

Refunds for returns will be initiated until AFTER the item(s) are returned and/or inspected.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
