Online pre-orders for participant bundles drop on the website or app. Please download the DROPS app and continue to follow our socials for the latest updates.

For online pre-orders, the CUSTOMER NAME, ATTENDEE NAME (found on hello82.com > Account), and NAME on the valid photo ID MUST exactly match. No nicknames/shortened names will be accepted. 

PLAY82 online pre-orders whose names do not exactly match are subject to automatic cancellation.

Before sales period: If your information is incorrect, customers may create a new account with their correct name or promptly reach out for a name change request; however, it is not guaranteed that the name will be changed in time. It is advised to create a new customer account with the correct information in advance, if the product is expected to sell out quickly at launch time. 

During sales period: If your information is incorrect, please cancel your order and re-order correctly within the sales period; no exceptions will be made. Customers may create a new account with their correct name or promptly reach out for a name change request; however, it is not guaranteed that the name will be changed in time.

Items will only be available for pick-up on event day, and shipping options are unavailable. Only 1 pre-order is allowed per account; extra orders are subject to automatic cancellation.

Reselling, transferring, or gifting your bundle is prohibited. Please purchase the bundle using the customer account under the participant’s name.

Free viewing entry is on a first-come, first-served basis until max capacity. Filming may take place, and any content filmed may be uploaded to hello82’s online socials.

Purchases made in-person at PLAY82 events are final sale. Please make sure to check your items before leaving the event or before the event ends if you received a wrong/damaged/incomplete item(s). After the event ends, refunds/returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted for any reason.
