If you have an issue with your order while at the venue, please immediately report to an on-site staff member. This is the only way to secure a resolution.

All order issues, returns, or exchanges must be handled on-site and in-person before you leave the venue. Our online Help Center is unable to process any claims for items purchased on-site. Once you leave, we cannot offer further assistance or resolutions regarding your purchase.

All merchandise is considered Final Sale. Claims due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection will not be accepted.

Manufacturing Variations
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, slight discrepancies in size and color may occur. These variations are not considered defects, and are not eligible for a claim.

Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items will not be accepted without valid proof. Please film an unboxing video while you open your package on-screen in order to proceed further with your claim.
