FANSIGN/VIDEO CALLSUpdated a month ago


For online orders, the CUSTOMER NAME, ATTENDEE NAME (found on hello82.com > Account) and Name on the Photo ID MUST match. No nicknames will be accepted. If your information is incorrect, please cancel your order and re-order correctly within the sales period; no exceptions will be made. Customers may create a new account with their correct name or promptly reach out for a name change request; however, it is not guaranteed that the name will be changed in time.



FANSIGN
Orders are shipped out after the event has passed. Shipping schedules are subject to change based on operational circumstances.

Customer names cannot be changed after placing an event order.
The order name must match the winner/attendee name for entry. If you need to fix the order name, you MUST cancel the order within the sales period and re-order using the correct name.



VIDEO CALL
Most video calls are made through the KakaoTalk app. Please include your KakaoTalk ID before checkout. Make sure that the KakaoTalk ID's friend search and add status are set to "Allow." hello82 is not responsible for any problems that arise if you are not allowed to add friends or if you are unable to register.

KakaoTalk IDs/Video Call Username cannot be changed and the order name must match the winner/attendee name for entry. Orders MUST be cancelled and re-ordered within the sales period if the customer name or album amounts need to be corrected.



CANCELLATION
There is a strict no-refund policy, and cancellations are only accepted during the sales period window. Cancellations will not be made after the winners are announced.



WINNERS - ANNOUNCEMENTS
Winner announcements are posted on the "Announcements" tab and individually emailed to winners. Ensure your email address is correct + has sufficient email storage, and check all folders, including spam. hello82 is not responsible for any disadvantages due to loss of contact.
When winners are announced, refunds/cancellations are no longer accepted/granted for any reason.



WINNERS - NO SHOW
Fansign: For winners who do not participate on the event day, your album may be sent unsigned.
Video Call: Winners who do not respond after two attempts will not be able to participate in the event. Winnings cannot be sold or transferred to others.

NOTE: Please check the product page for specific details on non-participating winners.



WINNERS - EVENT
Fansign: Please follow the BEHAVIOR/ETIQUETTE GUIDELINES and the instructions in the winner emails for the event. Failure to adhere to the guidelines is grounds for removal from the event and inability to participate in future hello82 events.
Video Call: Please refer to the item’s product description and instructions in the winner emails for details. 



WINNERS - SHIPMENT
Fansign: For winners that purchased more than one album, the remaining items in your order will be sent unsigned with the fansign exclusive photocards (if applicable) AFTER the event has passed.
Video Call: Orders will be shipped AFTER the video call event with the video call exclusive photocards (if applicable).

NOTE: Not all fansign or video call products include exclusive photocards.
