Can I receive a refund?Updated a month ago

Refunds are only issued for accepted claims of damaged/incorrect/missing/wrong items. Claim approval is subject to review; not all claims will be accepted.

NOTE: The following items are non-refundable.

  • Clearance/final sale items

  • Signed albums (unless damaged, missing, or incorrect: subject to review)
