Before placing an order, you can change your address by following the steps below:

After placing an order, you may submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” Form to request an address change.

NOTE: Once an order has been placed, address changes are only possible before shipping preparation begins. Even if the order is in ‘unfulfilled’ state, once the shipping information has been sent to the fulfillment center and shipping work is in progress, changes may no longer be possible.
