In order to maintain the safety of fans, artists, and staff, we ask that you please follow the instructions of hello82 staff members at all times.

NOTE: Any unruly behavior at the event (e.g. pushing, shoving, vulgar language, etc.) will subject your removal from the event and may constitute a lifetime ban from hello82 depending on the severity of the situation.

POP-UP

Can I return/exchange what I purchased from a Pop-Up store?

• • Any incorrect, missing, or defective products must be returned/exchanged with receipt before the event ends.
  • All sales are final. After the event ends, we will NOT accept any return/exchange/refund orders no matter the circumstance.

Are there going to be signed albums at the Pop-Up store?

• • Please, follow and turn on notification for all hello82 social media pages to stay up-to-date with all the latest releases, event, and restock alerts.

Is "artist"going to be there?

• • hello82 does NOT disclose the attendance of an artist before they are publicly announced.
  • Always stay up-to-date with the specifics of each Pop-Up by following hello82 on social media.

PLAY82

The rules may vary event to event, please, make sure to check the rules for the specific event you are attending. In particular, the rules regarding camera equipment, and acceptable items may vary.

Can you bring "artist" to my city?

• • Requests for PLAY82 events will be considered; however, it is not guaranteed to be granted.

What items are prohibited at the event?

• • DSLRs/Professional Cameras/Telescopic lenses or other camera attachments
  • Weapons (e.g. taser, pepper spray, pocket knives, etc.)
  • Outside Food or Drink (water is okay)
  • Signs that will impede the vision of people around you
  • Flash photography

Can I take photos/videos of the artists?

• • Yes! We encourage fans to enjoy the event and take pictures of their favorite artists.
  • The following camera equipment is NOT allowed: 
    • DSLRs/Professional Cameras/Telescopic lenses or other camera attachments
    • Flash Photography is NOT allowed
  • If you are seen by staff with prohibited items, we will ask you to put it away, and if you are seen to continue disobeying rules, you will be asked to leave.
  • If you are seen acting inappropriately, we will ask you to behave as an initial warning, and will result in asking you to leave the event if the inappropriate behavior continues.

Can I give the artist(s) gifts?

• • This depends on the artist management, please, ask a hello82 staff member the day of the event if gifts are allowed.

Can I get a return/exchange/refund for the items I bought at a PLAY82 event?

• • No. All PLAY82 products sold are final sale and cannot be exchanged/returned/refunded.
  • Inspect your purchases for any missing/damaged/wrong items before leaving the event or before the event ends. Once the event ends or you leave the premises, no claims will be accepted.

CUPSLEEVE

Rules vary per event, please, check hello82 social media pages for specific information regarding each event!

Can I get more than one cupsleeve for a friend?

• • You get 1 cupsleeve per drink! If you would like 2 cupsleeves, you will need to buy 2 drinks.

What if the cupsleeves run out?

• • For each cupsleeve event, cupsleeves are available while supplies last and not guaranteed.

How can I host a cupsleeve event at hello82?

• • We love working with fans to create a memorable cupsleeve experience for everyone to enjoy!
  • If you are interested in hosting an event please login to the Help Center and submit a hosting event Request Form to get further assistance on eligibility and availability from a representative.

VIDEO CALL/FANSIGN

Each video call/fansign rules vary from artist to artist, please read through the product description carefully for any important details about the event.

If I buy 1 album, how many entries do I get?

• • 1 album = 1 entry

Can I get a refund?

• • Once the sales period has ended, we do not accept refunds.
  • However, this may vary per event, please login to the Help Center and submit a refund Request Form for further assistance from a representative to determine if your item is eligible for a refund.
  • However, once the winners are announced, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

Can I change the name on the order after purchasing because it doesn't match my ID?

• • No, you are NOT able to edit or change the name of a video call/fansign event product after purchasing.
  • CAREFULLY CHECK THAT YOUR CUSTOMER NAME AND SHIPPING NAME ARE CORRECT BEFORE PURCHASING.
  • Carefully read the rules and regulations carefully, as they may be different per event.

If I win, what do I need to bring to the event?

• • When you arrive at the event, please, provide staff with the following;
    • Customer Name
    • Shipping Name
    • Photo ID
  • Depending on the event, the rules and regulations may be different, please, carefully read the description for the event you are attending.
