There is something wrong with my order, how can I get some help?
We're here to help! You have 7 days from your delivery date to submit a claim with your unboxing video if something is wrong with your order. Please, login to the hello82 Help Center and submit a Request Form for further assistance. If you do not have a hello82 Help Center account, you may create one with your hello82.shop login information. Why can't I checkout?
You need to be logged in to your hello82.shop account to checkout and complete the payment process for your order. If you do not have a hello82.shop account, please, create one and sign up!
I placed an order, now what?
After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. The order confirmation email includes your order number, order summary, shipping and billing address, and shipping method.

It's been a while and I still haven't received my order.
Due to a high volume of packages being sent worldwide, sometimes, shipping carriers take a while to update the tracking numbers in the system.
When you receive your shipping notification with the tracking number, the tracking number takes about 1 - 2 weeks from the date you received the shipping notification to update. If it does not update after the second week, please login to the Help Center and submit a shipping status Request Form for further assistance from a customer success representative.
If you do not ask about your order within 2 weeks of your tracking number not updating, claims for a return/exchange/refund/cancellation/reshipment may no longer be accepted.
I didn't receive the order confirmation email, what do I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation within a few minutes of a successful order, please check the junk/spam and promotions folders in your inbox.
NOTE: Check any other email accounts that you commonly use or if you have multiple hello82 accounts, the email accounts that you have registered with the other hello82.shop accounts.
If you have a full inbox, newer emails are prevented from going through, please, make sure to delete unnecessary emails to make room for the new incoming emails.
If you still cannot find the order confirmation email, the email address may have been typed wrong. Please, log in to the Help Center and submit an account information Request Form to get further assistance from a representative.
Do you accept bulk/group orders?
Yes! If you would like to purchase in large quantities, please log in to the Help Center and submit a group order Request Form with the product(s) you want, the quantity, your full name, shipping address, and your phone number.
NOTE: Not all products are available for bulk/group order purchase.

I paid with PayPal and was charged twice, how can I get refunded?
Purchases made with PayPal/PayPal Express Checkout create duplicate transactions while the transaction is "pending," meaning that the money has not been taken out yet but is in the process. Please, allow 3 to 9 business days for the transaction to fully go through and receive the order confirmation email. Once the transaction clears, the duplicate will disappear and only the one charge is applied to your account.
