My account information is wrong on my order, can I change it? (i.e. name, shipping/billing address, email, etc.)
Yes! Please, log in to the Help Center and submit an account info Request Form as soon as possible, so that a representative can further assist you before the shipping information is sent to the fulfillment center. Changes will not be able to be made if the information is already sent to the fulfillment center.
NOTE: For US-Only album pre-orders, you have up until 10 days before the release date to make any account information changes.
Can I change the billing address on my account?
Unfortunately, we do not have access to change the billing address. However, if the payment goes through and you received a confirmation email, the order processed just fine. Otherwise, the payment method would have been rejected and your money would have been returned, in that case, you would need to make the purchase again with the correct billing address.
