The rules may vary by event, please, make sure to read the guidelines for the event you are attending.
ETIQUETTE:
In order to maintain the safety of fans, artists, and staff, we ask that you please follow the instructions of hello82 staff members at all times.
In general, the following items and actions are NOT allowed;
- Touching/rushing/following the artists before, during, and/or after the event
- DSLRs/Professional Cameras/Telescopic lenses or other camera attachments
- Weapons (e.g. taser, pepper spray, pocket knives, etc.)
- Outside Food or Drink (water is okay)
- Signs that will impede the vision of people around you
- Flash photography
If you have any of these items in your possession, we may ask you to put the items away and if you are found to NOT abide by the initial warnings, you will be asked to leave the event
NOTE: Any unruly behavior at the event (e.g. pushing, shoving, inappropriate language, etc.) will subject your removal from the event and may constitute a lifetime ban from hello82 depending on the severity of the situation.
PURCHASES:
Purchases made at PLAY82 events are final sale. Please, make sure to check your items before leaving the event or before the event ends if you received a wrong/damaged/incomplete item(s). After the event ends, refunds/returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted for any reason.
