ONLINE ORDER FOR IN STORE PICKUP:
When ordering online for store pickup, you have 2 weeks to pick up your order from when you receive the email notification that your order is ready to pickup. Once the 2 week period has passed and you have not picked up your order, it will be automatically refunded and the order will be re-shelved and added back into inventory by the 14th day at store closing time.
If you purchase any items online for pickup at the hello82 LA store or at a in-person event, the 7-day claim policy also applies from the day you pickup. Meaning, that when you go to pickup your order, you have 7 days to submit a claim about a missing/damage/wrong item(s) or request for a refund/exchange. To do this, please, login to the hello82 Help Center to submit a Request Form for further assistance.
OTHER PERSON PICKING UP ORDER:
If you are unable to come to the store/event to pickup your order, another person is allowed to pickup your order on your behalf within the 2 week timeframe. They can do so by providing the following;
- A copy of the ID of the person whose name is on the order (can be a screenshot)
- The order number
- A copy of the original confirmation email for the order (can be forwarded or a screenshot)
