Refunds are only issued for accepted claims of damaged/incorrect/missing/wrong items. Claim approval is subject to review; not all claims will be accepted.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Event items (Video calls, Fansigns, etc.)
  • Clearance/final sale items
  • Signed albums (unless damaged, missing, or incorrect: subject to review)

Once a refund has been granted and initiated, please allow 3 to 9 business days for processing.
