If you have an issue with your POP-UP order and are at the venue, please find an on-site staff for assistance for the quickest resolution.

If you were not able to be assisted by on-site staff before the end of the POP-UP, please refer to the below. 

7-Day Rule: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, or will not be accepted. 
Claim Review: All claims are subject to review; submission does not guarantee approval.
Failure to provide all the requested information will result in not being able to move forward with your claim.

Please submit a ticket to the >>Contact Us<< form with all of the below information.

  • Full name
  • Screenshot/photo of receipt and order ID/number
  • POP-UP city location
  • Full picture layout of all items purchased, showing albums and inclusions, photocard backs displayed
  • Photo of only affected items in order issue
  • Explanation of order issue
  • Name of affected items (Ex. BOW Ver. PC)
  • Picture of album barcode
