If you have an issue with an order from a POP-UP event and were not able to be assisted by on-site staff before the end of the POP-UP, please refer to the below.
7-Day Rule: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, or will not be accepted.
Claim Review: All claims are subject to review; submission does not guarantee approval.
Failure to provide all the requested information will result in not being able to move forward with your claim.

- Full name
- Screenshot/photo of receipt and order ID/number
- POP-UP city location
- Full picture layout of all items purchased, showing albums and inclusions, photocard backs displayed
- Photo of only affected items in order issue
- Explanation of order issue
- Name of affected items (Ex. BOW Ver. PC)
- Picture of album barcode
