If you have an issue with an order from a POP-UP event and were not able to be assisted by on-site staff before the end of the POP-UP, please refer to the below. 

7-Day Rule: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, or will not be accepted. 
Claim Review: All claims are subject to review; submission does not guarantee approval.
Failure to provide all the requested information will result in not being able to move forward with your claim.

  1. Full name
  2. Screenshot/photo of receipt and order ID/number
  3. POP-UP city location
  4. Full picture layout of all items purchased, showing albums and inclusions, photocard backs displayed
  5. Photo of only affected items in order issue
  6. Explanation of order issue
  7. Name of affected items (Ex. BOW Ver. PC)
  8. Picture of album barcode
