Order Information:

• Order information (shipping address, shipping method, etc.) cannot be modified on the customer’s end once the order has been placed.
• If you need to update your details, please submit an inquiry through the “Contact Us” Form to check if changes can still be made.

Modify Items: 

• We are unable to partially add, remove, or swap items within an existing order. If you wish to change your items, please contact us to request a full order cancellation so you can place a new order with the correct products. 
  Note: Item availability when reordering is not guaranteed, and cancellations may no longer be possible if the order is already in the fulfillment preparation process.
